SERVICE UPDATE – AUGUST 31, 2026
Earlier this morning, we performed maintenance on our DHCP servers. During this work, an unexpected issue occurred that resulted in a service disruption for a portion of our customers.
Service Restoration Underway
Our team has been actively working to resolve the issue, and services are now gradually being restored to customers who were affected. We will continue working until service has been fully restored for everyone.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and inconvenience this has caused. As a member-owned company, we greatly value the people and communities we serve and appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works through this issue.
